Brooklyn Waterfront Loft

OVERVIEW: Two units were combined and gut renovated in a former industrial building at Brooklyn Bridge Park to make one loft-like apartment with sweeping river views. Putting the two apartments together seamlessly required intricate coordination with building systems and structure. Millwork and finishes were custom designed to accommodate the owners' collections while leaving plenty of wall and open floor areas for the artwork and eclectic furnishings that punctuate this vibrant home.
